Congress recently created the Affordable Connectivity Program, a long-term, $14 billion programs, which will replace the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. This investment in broadband affordability will help ensure we can afford the internet connections we need for work, school, health care, and more for a long time. The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. How do I apply?

1. Review all terms and conditions, confirm eligibility, and gather documents required to enroll based on your qualifying criteria
2. Go to https://acpbenefit.org to submit an application or print out a mail-in application
3. You will receive a unique identifier after completing your ACP application; please retain this for your reference - you will need to supply it to Imagine Networks
